For those of whom can’t get the day started without your cup o’ joe, this quiz that I found should give an idea of how badly buzzed you are. The results are indeed quite surprising, even if you’re one of those who have sworn off caffeine because it makes you jittery.
I can’t even handle a regular Diet Coke anymore without turning into a hummingbird. That’s how much caffeine can get into your system, so if you must have any, please do so in moderation!!

One little wrinkle I’ve noticed this political season are the “candidate matchmaker” applications some websites are offering. It’s a tool designed to determine which candidate(s) for a certain office might appeal to the user. Well, there is one on the WRAL site for the North Carolina gubernatorial race and I have to admit the results were a bit revealing. After having answered a set of questions on various topics, the one candidate that matched my responses the most turned out to be one with the slimmest chances of winning. Still, I did check out his site and, believe me, he does have plenty to say about the current state of our state and nation.
Not that I’d actually vote for him or anything. Our primary is still a few weeks away, so anything can happen.
FYI: North Carolina just had its primary races in both the Democratic and Republican races for governor. Suffice to say it, my candidate didn’t win either. Oh well ….
